We offer worldwide shipping via DHL and Hermes within the uk. The shipping cost will be calculated at check out depending on the weight of the item(s) you buy, destination and service. Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed, packed and shipped. We are not responsible for lost items when they are delivered via tracking but they are not found by recipient.

CHILLIE LONDON offers in studio pick up for all orders placed online. Please select pick up at the check out for this service. Please bring your confirmation email and photo id when you come to collect your order.
We will endeavour to process all orders ready for pick within 24hrs Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. All orders placed after 2pm Friday to Sunday will be processed the following week.
Pick up is available Monday to Wednesday 10am-5pm and both Thursday and Friday 10am-11am

CUSTOMS AND DUTY CHARGES

For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside.

CHILLIE LONDON LTD, trading as CHILLIE LONDON is not responsible for payment of this duty. The shipping company will contact you once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs. It will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods.

CHILLIE LONDON want to make sure your shopping experience runs as smooth as possible and we aim to give as much information about a piece so you can get a feel for the style, fit and condition within our descriptions. We hand select our pieces and make sure they are of a very high standard unless stated otherwise. All of our clothes are pre-loved clothing and might show some wear and tear. Anything that we feel has major flaws will be listed. We have priced our items based on the condition they are in.

Chillie's sizing method is based on what sizes can wear the item not what size the item is. Loose or fitted is also a term we use to show which style it can be worn. We have described our sizing this way due to the differences between vintage sizing and modern day sizing. We try to display the colours of our collections as accurately as possible but please note that photography can sometimes alter the colours of items. Also as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that colours will be as exactly as they appear on your device.

We ask our customers to please inspect all items upon arrival to make sure you have received the correct item and that the items are as described. We will do our best to resolve any issues as soon as possible, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customers responsibility.
